You don’t have to be a customer for this.  One of our expert engineers will inspect your boiler, giving you a price to repair it, then fixing it if you’re happy. No matter how big or small the job is.

You’ll get:

  • A fixed price quote. What we say is what you'll pay.
  • All the parts and labour.[2]
  • A year-long guarantee on our work so you have peace of mind.
  • Our engineers’ expertise without being tied down to an annual contract.

What it'll cost:

Up to 30 minutes 

It will cost £79 or £89*

Between 30 minutes and two hours

It will cost £199 or £238.99*

Anywhere over two hours

It will cost £409 or £459*

*The exact cost will depend on where you live and our engineer’s assessment of how long it will take to complete the work.

If you decide not to proceed once our engineer has quoted, you will be charged either £79 or £89.

You’ll get:

  • An appointment that suits you. Book online to get a time that works for you.
  • A fixed price. No matter how long the job takes or what parts we need.
  • Unlimited call outs for your boiler and central heating system.
  • Annual service included to make sure everything is running safely and efficiently.

What it’ll cost:

Your repair will be £99. Then HomeCare 200 will be £23 a month.[3]

Frequently asked questions

Q. Do you fix every type of boiler?

A: We don’t cover: oil boilers, electric boilers, solid fuel boilers. For any gas boilers above 70kW (usually found in large buildings or commercial premises) or non-domestic boilers please call: 0800 294 8563.

Q. Will your engineer fix my heating in one visit?

A: They’ll do their best, but it depends what the problem is. They carry lots of parts with them in their vans. But they can’t carry everything. If they don’t have the part they need, they’ll order it from our national distribution centre. If it’s Monday to Saturday, it’ll usually be with them the next morning. But we’ll always keep you in the know about how long we think it’ll take to get your problem fixed.

Q. What happens if you can’t fix my problem?

A: We won’t just leave you in the cold. Our engineer will let you know straightaway and tell you your options so you can decide what to do.

Q. What if I want to cancel?

A: It’s an easy process, but it changes depending on what stage of the repair you’re at. If you’ve signed up for either option and we haven’t started any work you have a 14-day cooling off period which starts the day we deliver any parts, or the day you accept our quote (if the job needs labour but no parts). If you’ve asked us to start the work before the 14-day cooling off period finishes we’ll charge you what we think is reasonable for the work we’ve already done and any parts we’ve installed for you. If you’ve gone for repair and cover and you want to cancel your cover, you might have to pay a cancellation charge. That’s if we’ve already done any work as part of your agreement. But the cancellation charge won’t include your initial repair.

Q. What should I do if I already have HomeCare?

A: You don’t need repair and cover, or a one-off repair. You can just book a repair.
